Key Debates to be held in Marginals

Consult are organising a series of debates in marginal seats across the country to give younger people the opportunity to talk about key policies and issues relevant to them.

Campaigning will be combined with policy discussion in both supporting parliamentary candidates and encouraging new and first time voters to have their say on the ideas arising from the recent policy review process.

The first of these debates, to be held in Tynemouth (Newcastle), will question whether alcohol or drugs should take priority in addressing the causes of youth crime. This will be held on Saturday November 24th 2007.

More information will follow shortly but if you are interested to attend please contact Bethany Lightley or Matthew Page
